Cancelling
Cancel any time yourself in your billing portal (see your subscription) — no need to write to anyone, no fee and no notice period. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for, then Nebula continues as the Free version.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Nebula Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment — first or renewal, monthly or yearly — for any reason. Email support@nebulamapper.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. We issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller; it goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, and the subscription is cancelled at the same time. This guarantee applies on top of Lemon Squeezy's own Buyer Terms.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days aren't refunded, except where the law requires it — but you can always cancel so you aren't charged again. If something went wrong (a double charge, or Pro not working and we couldn't fix it), write to us anyway.
