We collect almost nothing.

The app

• Your profiles and settings stay on your PC, in %LocalAppData%\NebulaControllerMapper. We never see them.
• No telemetry, no analytics, no crash uploads. Nebula doesn't report what you play, what you map or how you use it.
• Pro license checks. When you activate Pro, and about once a day after that, Nebula sends your license key and your computer's name to Lemon Squeezy's license service, which answers whether the key is active. The computer name is shown on your account so you can tell your PCs apart. Your key is stored on your PC encrypted with Windows' data protection for your user account.
• Nebula opens web pages (this site, driver downloads, your account) only when you press a button that says so.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details to serve them.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, and keeps them only briefly.
• The pricing page remembers whether you last looked at monthly or yearly, in your own browser's storage.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC) is our reseller and merchant of record: they run the checkout, take your payment, handle tax and send your receipt and license key. They process your name, email, billing address and payment details as a separate controller under their privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can support you; we never see your full card number.

If you email support@nebulamapper.com, we keep the conversation to help you and for our records. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — write to support@nebulamapper.com. We answer within one month. In the EU you may also complain to your data protection authority — in Portugal, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Legal basis

We process license-check data to provide the Pro service you subscribed to (performance of a contract), support emails to answer you, and minimal security logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site running safely.
